By walking 10K steps a day, improving sleep habits, and managing stress to keep your heart healthy, you can compete with colleagues and build healthier habits through simple daily actions.

In addition, the Active Points Challenge rewards you for any activity. Whether it’s a walk in the park or a hike, you can easily gather Active Points doing things you enjoy, like cycling or working out.

The best part? Active Points are equal opportunity! If you do the same workout with the same intensity as a colleague, you’ll earn the same points—perfect for those who want to top that colleague who’s always bragging about their fitness!

2. Company Virtual Events

One part of our platform that we’re especially proud of is Rolla World, our virtual exercise playground.

With over 20 scenic routes available, it’s easy to find something that lets you train, even when it’s raining outside, or you’re short on time.
