This comprehensive metric tracks vital health parameters, including heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, sleep quality, and active calories. By integrating these data points, the Health Score offers a simple overview of your health. 

Just to be clear, this doesn’t mean that you’re completely healthy. Our Health Score was designed to grade your health based on the metrics that we track.

What sets Rolla’s Health Score apart is its ability to encourage habit formation. After tracking your metrics for seven days, you unlock your Health Score, which serves as a daily indicator of how you're doing. 

Maintaining a score above 80 keeps your streak alive, motivating you to stay consistent. Missing a workout or skimping on sleep can lower your score, prompting you to make healthier choices to bounce back.
